Business Loan Guarantee Program

Access to capital for small businesses who are unable to qualify for conventional financing has emerged as an obstacle to economic growth in Watsonville. The City has recognized the need to facilitate economic growth through innovative programs aimed at assisting small businesses obtain credit.
